 What is an audio guest book?
An audio guest book is a retro-style phone that allows your guests to leave heartfelt, funny, or memorable voice messages at your event. Instead of writing in a traditional guest book, they simply pick up the phone, hear a greeting, and record their message.
How does it work?
Guests pick up the phone.
They hear a custom pre-recorded greeting.
After the beep, they leave their message.
Once done, they hang up — and that’s it!
All messages are saved digitally and delivered to you after the event.

After the event, we’ll compile all the audio files and send them to you digitally via a downloadable gallery or USB (your choice).
Does it need WiFi or power?
Nope! Our audio guest books are completely self-contained. No power or WiFi needed.
How much space does it take up?
Very little! It’s about the size of a traditional landline phone. We typically recommend placing it on a small table or in a styled setup near your entrance or lounge area.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, as long as it’s covered and protected from rain or moisture. Just let us know and we can advise on the best placement.
How far in advance should I book?
Dates fill up fast, especially during wedding and holiday seasons. We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to ensure availability.
